Hi! I am Daniela Gudith and this is my website. At danielagudith.com I am showcasing my portfolio to future and current clients – yes, that might be you! There is a blog here too, where I will be discussing topics ranging from work organization, self-improvement and of course documenting my own journey to self actualization. Maybe you are curious if we are a good fit to work together professionally. Well, that is what this page can help you get a feel for. Here is my pedigree and some fun facts that might make or break us 😉
I am a generalist; a problem solver at heart. No topic is off topic for me, I have gotten really good at the following skills:
- graphic and web design (I made this website and many other)
- food styling and food photography
- teaching (I taught German at Patriot League College)
- making French macarons
- English (I am fluent and have lived and worked in the USA for 6 years)
- next I will teach my self how to code a web application, because why not?! Stay tuned for updates on that
Here is what I am really good at and what I have spent most of my life with. I’m a work and organizational psychologist and coach:
- 2007 Diplom Psychologin/MS Psychology from Humboldt University Berlin
- publication of my Master’s thesis: The Cost of Interrupted work: More Speed and Stress at the CHI 2008 proceedings together with Gloria Mark from the University of California at Irvine and Ulrich Klocke (I’ll be more than happy to join any research projects in this area)
- 2008 NLP Practitioner from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California
- 2008 Master NLP Practitioner from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California
- 2012 realization of Assessment Centers as a tool for management diagnostics and aptitude testing
- 2014 training in traffic psychology
You will find me at the intersection of human and technology as well as on the crossroads of human and work. Buzz words like stress, burn-out and work-life-balance belong in this sphere. I see the increasing demands and rising information input as a challenge that if not addressed will have high costs on people as well as on organizations. I am developing programs and trainings to make it easier for the human of the 21st century to, not only navigate, but thrive in the world of today. Today is a great time to be alive!
Shall we start tackling these issues together? If so, please contact me!
